We're thrilled to share a significant milestone with you. Over the past year, a Management Buyout process has taken place. This Management Buyout has been undertaken by five long-term members of our Board of Directors who join our visionary founder, Eddie Wells, as the new board of owner directors.
We decided on this route of new ownership to ensure continuity of management, and the company remains in the same safe hands of all the directors who have taken it to its current position.
Our commitment to excellence remains as strong as ever, and the day-to-day operations you trust us with will continue seamlessly.
Your trust has been the foundation of our success, and we want you to know that it remains our top priority under this new ownership.
