Meet the leadership team

I left school at 16 and started work as a curtain walling fixers mate. I felt at home in the industry and was able to interpret the drawings effortlessly. By the time I turned 18, I was given my first project as a fully-fledged fixer; following a number of small installations, I was gradually given larger and larger projects to manage and install. 

At age 19, in 1992, I started Vision Arch, which was incorporated in 2000.
My role is very varied; working to support the team in sales & estimating, design, project management and installation. To this day I still love what I do; it’s a great industry to work in and I find delivering a client’s vision to be very rewarding.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family; walking the dogs, doing sporting activities and spending some time in the sun on our holidays.

I am responsible for the implementation, development, monitoring and management of the commercial and contracts department.

I am engaged in the full lifecycle of each project, working closely with the project team; from pre-award including the compilation of bids, performing risk reviews, negotiating and agreeing terms, through to post-award including financial management, project reporting, contractual adherence and close out.

I am focused on continually expanding, preserving and improving company procedures, standards and policies. My commitment to improvement was supported by the successful implementation of our ISO accreditations, which are a credit to the highest level of performance and standards, continually delivered by the team.  

When I’m not at work I enjoy going out for meals with family, playing golf with friends and watching most sports.

I am responsible for the overall running of the business alongside our owner and managing director Eddie. I have been in the façade industry for over 30 years and having started as a fixer back in the early 90’s I have experienced this industry at all levels.

Previously I have held director roles in both sales and pre-construction within the specialist sub-contractor environment but also held head of facades positions at two Tier 1 main contractors, giving me a valuable insight to the functions of façade management from a client’s perspective.

I am very much a family man and with two grown up children spend a lot of my time now helping them on their journey. My wife and I like taking our dog on long walks and I am also a keen rugby and football fan enjoying live sport when I can; I also enjoy the odd round of golf.

As the Sales & Estimating Director, I manage and oversee the sales and estimating functions of the Company by identifying new opportunities that will match the overall growth objectives and by developing standards and procedures to produce cost estimates that will win us contracts.

It is my responsibility to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients, as well as expand our client base and develop future business by executing the company’s strategic plan to achieve sales targets.

I have more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, having had the opportunity to work with many façade companies in the UK and abroad, winning big projects on their behalf.

In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. I am passionate about the environment and sustainability, and I like to live my life based on those principles. Cycling (by myself or accompanied by my wife and kids) is a big hobby of mine. So is travelling, whenever I get the opportunity.

I oversee the project managers and project teams, who coordinate to ensure works are completed on time, withing budget and to a high standard.

Some of my responsibilities include ensuring the successful conclusion of the projects by providing leadership, strategically managing risk, monitoring finances and making sure that each phase of the project starts and ends on schedule, with awareness of programme constraints. Other roles include managing client relationships on live projects and tenders, management of the Company’s obligation to health and safety, liaising with clients and design teams, and I am also a mental health first aider.

I have excellent proven management, organizational and teamwork abilities, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

I enjoy swimming and going to the gym, spending time with my family and wife, exploring other countries, not forgetting a little fire dancing.

I have been working in the building industry for many years initially in a family run joinery business during my school holidays and full time after leaving university, this has led into working on external envelope projects.

This has given me insight and knowledge for all aspects of a business from conception to completion of projects, the knowledge and experience gives a greater understanding of commercial and design to be able to build to the required standards. This has been proven over numerous blue-chip projects around the country.

I am still always learning and understanding how the market is evolving with an eye on using new and innovative solutions to meet the clients’ goals.

When I’m not at work I spend a lot of time on the water sailing either inshore, coastal, or occasionally further afield offshore around the Channel Islands, Belgium and France. If I’m not on the water, then I’ll be watching the rugby or motorsports.

I am responsible for and oversee the project team by providing leadership and coordination to ensure that our work is completed on time and within budget, whilst ensuring health, safety and quality are at the forefront of all our projects.

I have a proven track record of managing risk, making strategic decisions and monitoring finances. I am able to communicate our vision clearly and effectively and articulate our goals to ensure the projects are successfully delivered to our clients.

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my wife and dogs, going on long walks. I also enjoy keeping fit, DIY and driving my kit car, weather permitting.
 

I assist the design / project & delivery teams with document management and control; to improve productivity and efficiency, along with some administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of projects and departments. I advise project leads and teams when new drawings are available, issue drawings and documents internally and externally as requested and keep projects up to date in respect of drawing registers and filing on the internal system. 

I often work closely with the Client’s team to ensure we always have the most up-to-date information.

When I’m not at work I enjoy eating out and exploring new and interesting places – the coast is always a focal point of ours. Music and reading are a passion of mine, as well as going to the gym.

I have 20+ years of experience working in the architectural façades industry.

Day to day I oversee all design and technical related matters. Working with architects, engineers and consultants - I enjoy the challenge of working as part of a team helping deliver projects from concept design to completion. 

Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit and taking on new challenges.  I enjoy spending time with my family and ferrying my two daughters to all their sports clubs!

I started in the glazing industry in 2004 as a Trainee Designer, during this time I completed my apprenticeship achieving a HND in Construction Management. 

In 2009, I moved to a glazing company specialising in the Kawneer glazing system as a project designer and was then promoted to Design Manager in 2012. While there I helped build and lead a team of nine designers working on various sized projects. 

Wanting to progress, I decided to make the move to Vision Arch; I now manage projects primarily reviewing specifications, establishing design resources, managing all technical submissions, and drawing information submitted to the client team.

When I’m not at work, I spend my time running around after my kids and crazy dog. I also enjoy eating out with friends and family, playing golf and watching films.

I oversee all aspects of Project Design from sales to completion and managing a project design team.  I have over 25 years’ experience in architecture & construction, specialising in glazing and cladding for commercial and residential projects.

I have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and managing the design process for multi‐million pound, prestigious and award-winning developments. I have vast technical knowledge and commercial expertise, guiding and advising main contractors, architects and installers in all elements of façade design and build. I manage supplier relationships and subcontract resources through the project lifecycle. I have excellent attention to detail, build relationships with integrity, and thrive on providing innovative and practical solutions to complex projects.

When I’m not at work I enjoy going to the gym and instilling a healthy exercise regime into my family. I relax by walking the dog then sitting in front of a fire with a good glass of wine.

I started in the glazing industry around 2003, as a draughtsman drawing domestic conservatories. In 2006, I moved into commercial glazing working as a project designer for various companies as part of a team creating GA and fabrication drawings, before running my own projects. 

I now oversee all the design aspects on projects, ensuring that specifications are met, and the project is delivered in a timely manner liaising with the projects team.

When I’m not working, I especially enjoy spending time with my family in the great outdoors (ideally the coast and woodlands). I also enjoy listening to music, running and most sports.

I'm Gentiana, Vision Arch's marketing manager. As part of my role, I oversee the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns and the creation of marketing materials and content, while ensuring that all actions are in line with our brand identity and the company's core values. My responsibilities include supporting the sales and operations teams in deploying successful campaigns aligned with our business growth strategy.

My previous experience includes working in marketing, communications, and operations. For the past four years, I have had the opportunity to work in the construction industry, and now I am glad to work with amazing people at Vision Arch.

I feed my addiction to football by watching Arsenal on the weekends (and running Vision’s fantasy football mini league). Notorious for starting five books at the same time. Adventurous (as long as it doesn’t involve hiking). I love dedicating time to my family and friends, classic literature, painting, confronting injustice, thinking about starting learning violin or a new language, and drinking all of the world’s rosé. A proud 90s kid.

As the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) Manager for Vision Arch, I act as the central point for all things related to health & safety, quality management and environmental matters on behalf of the Group.

It is my responsibility to maintain and monitor health and safety for all employees, contractors, and visitors, and develop and maintain a culture of individuals taking responsibility. My principal day-to-day activities are to act on behalf of the board of directors and ensure we meet our legislative duties.

When I’m not at work I enjoy going to the gym, playing football and occasionally being able to watch Chelsea matches in person.

As Operations Manager my main responsibility is to assist the directors and managers with the smooth day-to-day running of the company. It’s a varied role, covering HR, IT and systems (processes, policies & procedures) to name a few. This means I work across many areas of the company – the variety is the main reason I enjoy my role as much as I do – as no two days are the same. I also get to be involved in all company-wide operational projects; which can be very interesting to be a part of, and like rising to the challenges they can present.

When I’m not at work, I love nothing more than going for long walks along the coast or in the countryside, being out and about exploring with my partner. I also like being in water; cold water dipping, aqua aerobics or just having a swim. I also love spending time with my family & friends; eating nice food, watching movies, listening to music, going dancing or just curling up with a good book in front of the fire.
