Health & Safety
We understand that being committed to Health and Safety in our organisation is essential to the growth and sustainable development of Vision Arch. We actively promote excellent health and safety management, with all stakeholders.
Health & Safety
It is the policy of Vision Arch to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of its employees, partners, clients and any public who may be affected by any of its activities. The organisation will take steps to ensure that its statutory duties are met at all times. In compliance with the Health and Safety at Work Act and all other applicable or new legislation that may arise in the future.
To demonstrate Vision Arch’s commitment to health and safety, a variety of offsite and onsite industry recognised assessments and controls are utilised.
All our sites are registered with an independent health and safety specialist, who will carry out external site audits - every 3 weeks.
Site specific Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) are written by a competent, knowledgeable and experienced person - site operations will address as a minimum; site inductions, LOLER duties, plant and equipment registers and testing, lift plans and continuous training to current legislation.

Why we’re different
We lead from the top. All our senior management have undertaken comprehensive health and safety training to set out our commitment, responsibility and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
At all levels, we involve workers in ongoing health and safety risk assessments to promote ownership of their own health and safety, whilst improving the competence of the entire organisation.
