New Project: Wells House
Vision Arch has recently secured a new project at Wells House in the heart of London’s central retail district. This represents an exciting opportunity for us to showcase our expertise and contribute to the transformation of this iconic space.
Wells House sits on a prominent site on the corner of Oxford Street and Wells Street. Orms Architects replaced previous buildings on the site and delivered a new building with significantly more floor space. The building primarily features office space, but includes retail, leisure and restaurant uses. The high-quality facades were an important factor in the approval of the new building at the proposal stage, and Vision Arch are proud to be able to a part of the construction of this key site.
At Wells House, our team will design and install sleek retail screens for the ground floor, seamlessly integrating with the overall architectural vision. The main entrance will feature a striking circle slide door, combining functionality with a touch of elegance.
We’ll ensure smooth vehicular access with an automatic entrance system. Our precision-engineered windows, fitted off-site into pre-cast concrete for levels 2–5, will enhance the building’s aesthetics and energy efficiency. The curtain walling facades will provide a modern and visually appealing look, complemented by sliding doors for convenience. Our plant screen design will seamlessly integrate greenery into the building’s architecture.
The main contractor for this project is Wates, and the architect is Orms Architects. Wells House is set to become a harmonious blend of form and function, and we are proud to contribute to its transformation.
As we embark on this project, we remain committed to excellence, innovation, and architectural vision. Stay tuned for more updates as we bring this remarkable space to life!
