Reaching 21 years is always a milestone – be that personally or as a company. As we ‘come of age’, I’m proud to announce that Vision Architectural Glazing Installations (Vision Arch) is entering a bold and exciting new era. After many years of quality work in the commercial sector, we now feel it is time to showcase our commitment to excellence. Our new brand represents our experience in forging first-class client relationships, and delivering quality facades and beautiful glazing in some extraordinary multi-use buildings

The past two decades have seen us build an extensive selection of client relationships on referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations, giving us the opportunity to work with some of the leading names in UK construction. While we’ve been forging contacts with some of the most respected suppliers in the industry, we have not prioritised developing a web presence – we evolved our offering without the need to communicate this way. That changes now, as we bring you some new communication avenues, and a website where we have a real chance to celebrate our work and the great partnerships we have brokered.

This year brings with it the 21st anniversary of our incorporation. So, I thought I would share some of the business developments that have taken place in 2021 and what these mean for you, our clients, and partners.

Vision Arch – a bold new future

Vision Arch have delivered 21 years of designing, testing, developing and installing high quality bespoke architectural facades, roof glazing and glass atria within the commercial sector. Our fresh image is not merely a rebrand, but a move within a wider strategy to ensure our business remains sector-leading.

Personally, I have worked in commercial facades and within construction for over 30 years, and I have definitely noticed our industry’s increasing shift in focus to value engineering. We decided to specifically modify our logo and website this year to ensure we’re communicating our position and experience effectively, as well as our awareness of the changes and issues that affect our industry. Without this, I felt we were doing our business, and the work of our teams, a disservice.

Moving forward, Vision Arch is overcoming the effects of the Covid pandemic, Brexit and environmental challenges. Our industry faces an ever-rising cost of materials, labour shortages and the essential implementation of policy change that ensures modern methods of construction contribute less to environmental damage. I’m pleased to say that, due to the nature of Vision Arch and our commitment to retaining industry leadership, we are tackling these issues head on and, thankfully, we have been able to continue with projects whilst mitigating any major issues along the way.

Expansion during and post-pandemic

During the pandemic, Vision Arch continued to expand its work force and grow the business. With this growth even came a need for new premises to house our wonderful team comfortably. I am so proud of this fact, as I think we can attribute our success to a business model that is based on solid client partnerships, a focus on quality and a drive to maintain our exceptional record of safety. Forgive the use of a construction analogy, but when your foundations with your client base are as strong as ours, it means that the build of your business is resilient and helps you to withstand whatever the future throws at you.

I think it also helps that our passion and ability to realise the complicated visual dreams of our clients’ design teams translate into beautifully crafted buildings. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to creating innovative, excellent solutions using glass to enhance and transform environments – both internally and externally.

What this means for our clients and partners

Whilst I am so excited about the bold future of Vision Arch and all the opportunities that our reinvigorated strategy might afford us, I think it is vital to re-assure our past and existing partners that this is not a ‘rebrand’, not a change in management. What we’ve announced is a direct reflection of the amazing work of a talented team of people, who I believe deserve to be celebrated for the projects that they have delivered.

Our focus now is to continue to build and utilise our wealth of knowledge of all areas of the sector, allowing us to continue working across the spectrum on any type of build. We are committed to continuing to use our team’s vast experience to deliver the same niche personal service that we have done for the past 21 years, whilst also maintaining our reputation as an industry-leading expert in design and installation. Here’s to the next 21!
