Celebrating 25 Years in Facades in 2025
This year a major milestone has arrived for Vision Arch. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary! Our year so far has been filled with so many reasons to celebrate, and we’ll hear about some of those shortly. But first we wanted to look back on our amazing journey and think about how far we’ve come.
Our first quarter of a century has been a story of dedication, passion, and excellence; qualities that have come to define Vision Arch as a company. There have been many challenges and highlights on our path to becoming a leading façade company. We are really proud of our innovative approach and our people-first culture, values that have made us what we are today.
The next twenty-five years will be shaped so much by these values too. We know that keeping relentlessly focused on getting results for our clients, working together, and prioritising the development of every member of the team will make all the difference.
This was so evident at our recent Annual Company Day where we gathered at Newmarket Racecourse to share insights into our exciting future and celebrate our amazing team. The day was made truly memorable by the recognition of some exceptional individuals with the ‘VisionarE Awards’. These awards shine a spotlight on dedication and creativity in our team, and it was great to see individuals playing a huge part in creating our amazing future as a company.
Our 25th anniversary is only part of our celebrations, as we have been given so many awards and accreditations as a company that we felt we must shout them out!
Firstly we have been accredited with carbon neutral company status which is a huge win for us, and makes us so proud. We have worked hard towards this, and it’s great to receive the recognition for it. This is our fourth consecutive year of accreditation.
Our Constructionline Gold Status reflects our verified compliance with the Business Safety Act, achieved through thorough third-party assessment and due diligence.
Plus we’ve been doing some reinvestment to develop and enhance our internal processes and expand our capabilities.
For Internal Processes we have invested in:
Fieldwire, a HILTI product that allows instant drawing updates in our Installation Packs and tracks out QA procedures seamlessly throughout the business, both on site and in the fabrication process.
For the new equipment, we have invested in:
* LVD Pullmax PX-1530 Punch Press. This LVD strippit punch is capable of punching blanks up to 4000mm x 1600mm in 6mm aluminium. It is fed from importing design solid works files via Radan programming software
* LVD PPED 165/40 Press Brake. This state of the art 4000mm long LVD CNC controlled press brake is capable of folding up to 6mm aluminium at 4000mm long.
These investments will allow us to take much more control of the Sheet Metal Department and and develop a more agile supply chain, less impacted by external constraints, thus allowing full internal Program Control in the Department.
We’ve also been shortlisted for several awards, including:
- Best Newcomer at the Investors in People Awards 2024
- Shorts Gardens project in the Commercial & Mixed-Use Development category at the Schüco Excellence Awards 2025
- 41 Lothbury at the City Building of the Year Awards 2025 (organised by The Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects)
And we’ve won some amazing awards too! We were so proud to win the following:
- Occupational Health Award at the Building Safety Group Awards 2025
- RIBA London 2025 Award – Chancery House
- Schüco Excellence Awards 2024 - Commercial & Mixed-Use Development – Chancery House

- Mix Awards 2024 - Project of the Year – Chancery House
- AJ Architecture Awards 2024 - Workplace Project (up to £50m) – Chancery House
- Elle Décor Italia Best Interiors Awards 2024 - Best Office – Chancery House
We’re especially proud of our Occupational Health Award, which reflects our commitment to robust health and safety practices across our business. This achievement also highlights our proactive approach to employee wellbeing, from mental health first aiders and flexible working to wellness initiatives and regular feedback loops, we strive to create a culture where people feel supported, safe, and empowered. We’ve also been augmenting these practices with our recent high quality leadership team training on the Business Safety Act.
In all, our 25th anniversary is such an exciting time to be a part of Vision Arch, as we gain recognition for our commitment to Health & Safety alongside façade excellence, and put the foundations in place for the next twenty-five years.
