On the heels of our success in attaining triple ISO status with ISO 45001, Vision Arch are celebrating our achievement of yet another accreditation. After an intense assessment process, we are so proud to be named ‘Investors in People’, having achieved the ‘We invest in people: one-year’ accreditation.

At Vision Arch, we truly believe that all our people – from commercial teams, to designers, to project managers – are our most valuable assets. This latest recognition is tangible proof of our commitment to supporting them.

What does it mean to achieve the Investors in People’s ‘We invest in people: Accreditation?

To become a fully accredited Investors in People company, Vision Arch had to ensure that our principles and practices for leading, supporting and improving our people are robust enough to adhere to the Investors in People framework.

We now have a solid infrastructure, strategy, policies, procedures and the communication channels in place that are invaluable as we continue to grow and progress the company. A huge element of this process has also been to ensure that we educate our workforce about what we can do to support and encourage all of our people here at Vision Arch.

Our people are at the heart of everything that we do. They are trusted and empowered to excel at work and are given the opportunities, help and inspiration to build a thriving career in the world of architectural commercial glazing.

Why is it important to ‘invest’ in your people?

Investing in the people of a business means the prioritisation of leadership, support and improvement, all of which enrich and empower the business’s wider ambition. Accountable and transparent company leadership; employee support and measurable performance management; and constant improvement and career progression – all of these need to be included and promoted.

People are the most valuable commodity to any business, but particularly given the complex projects and collaborations required in bespoke architectural commercial glazing, they are, without doubt, the driving force behind our organisation’s success.

Becoming Investors in People accredited is an achievement worth celebrating! It’s not the end of the journey, however. As this accreditation lasts one year, we will continue to monitor our people policies, maintain an open dialogue with the people of Vision Arch and keep the momentum going in order to retain it again next year.
